CSV Life Science Group, an international engineering company and a market leader in the pharmaceutical industry, is looking for a Validation Engineer to join its team The resource will be hired on a full-time, permanent contract.
The salary level will be proportional to experience.
REQUIRED ACTIVITY
We are looking for a validation engineer. The figure will work in the validation division, based in Parma where he/she will be responsible for the drafting and field execution of qualification protocols according to predefined standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Activities include interfaces with customers and suppliers, meetings, and coordination with multidisciplinary project team.
Main duties
Draft, verify and execute protocols and tests for general (Systems, utilities) and process (equipment) plant qualification, performing DQ (Design Qualification), IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification).
Risk assessment, VMP, VP, URS, GMP draft review.
Thermal study protocols (thermal mappings) draft and execution.
HVAC qualification protocols draft and execution.
Candidate profile
At least 2/3 years in a similar role within the chemical-pharmaceutical industry.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific subject (Engineering, chemistry, CTF or related).
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Expertise in plant, equipment, and process validation in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge of the main measurement tools (data loggers, HVAC test instruments, GE Kaye Validator, pressure gauges, etc.).
Expertise in CSV/Data Integrity.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and deadline-setting skills.
Availability for mainly national trips.
B driving license, own car .
